The phone has made its debut in the Philippines a few days after it was spotted on Vivo’s official global website. The company has already confirmed some specifications. These include a 6.51-inch Halo FullView display and 5000mAh battery.
This phone is equipped with MediaTek Helio P35 processor as well as a single rear camera has also been given. The phone is said to be a successor to the ‘Vivo Y01’, which was launched earlier this year with the same processor as the Vivo Y02s.
Vivo Y02s Price and Availability
The phone comes in 3GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration, which is priced at PHP 6,499 (approximately Rs 9,250). It can be bought in two color options ‘Fluorite Black’ and ‘Vibrant Blue’. Vivo has not given any information about the availability of the phone in India.
Specifications of Vivo Y02s
Many specifications of the ‘Vivo Y02s’ are similar to the ‘Vivo Y01’. Coming with a dual-SIM (Nano) slot, the Vivo Y02s runs on Android 12 based on Funtouch OS 12.
It has a 6.51-inch HD + (720×1,600 pixels) Halo Full View IPS LCD display. The display has an eye protection mode and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. This phone comes with 3GB RAM and MediaTek Helio P35 processor.
Vivo Y02s has Multi-Turbo 5.5 feature, which optimizes performance. It is claimed that this reduces lag during gaming. Ultra game mode features like Do Not Disturb and e-sports mode have also been given in the phone.
The 8-megapixel main camera has been given in ‘Vivo Y02s’. Along with this, an LED flash is also available. The phone has a 5 megapixel camera for selfie and video calls.
Vivo has given 32GB inbuilt storage in this phone. Storage can also be increased by inserting an SD card. Talking about connectivity options, the phone has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS and a USB Type-C port.
It houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. Its dimensions are 163.95×75.55×8.19mm and weight is 182 grams.
